Vintage Ridge Vineyard in Delaplane, Virginia is, from what I can recall, a hidden gem and perhaps one of the greatest tastings I’ve ever done here in Virginia. As you can see from the only photo of myself below, I was definitely having a good ol’ time at our first stop, Barrel Oak… So I do not recall specifics… But, I do know all of the pours were great! Each pour was paired with a small bite to bring out both the gourmet food as well as the wine’s special features. Awesome–I highly recommend… But definitely make reservations beforehand, as the tasting is quite elaborate. Cheers!
