In honor of Valentine’s Day tomorrow, I thought I would take a moment to give a little shoutout to the ladies who add so much sugar and spice and everything nice to my life. This is not, of course, a knock on men… My love life is doing quite well these days, and I am very thankful for my sexy stud muffin. But, there’s something about the girl friendships that the men in our lives just can’t quite fill. We need our girl time! Here’s to the ladies who made me who I am today.. Thank you for your love, your support, your friendship, and your time. I have loved seeing the ladies I’ve known forever become wives and mamas. I have stood by many of their sides as they took those indelible vows. I have grown closer to the ladies I’ve only known for a few years, and now can’t imagine my life without them.
The Book of Ruth tells a beautiful story of female friendship, and I often reread and ponder it.. I recommend you do the same 🙂
